Position Title: Senior Fire Protection Design Engineer
Department: Mechanical

Job Requirements:
Educational Attainment: BSME graduate
Work Experience: 10 years experience in a design consultancy firm
Job Summary:
The Senior Fire Protection Design Engineer shall be able to lead the Fire Protection design team in the design operations for the successful delivery of the engineering design package. He should also support the Manager in monitoring the performance of the team.
Qualifications: 

  1. Sound knowledge and experience in the design of MEP building services, preferably in Fire Protection;
  2. Registered mechanical engineer with at least 10 year-experience in the engineering consultancy design of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Building Management Systems (BMS), for commercial, residential and industrial fields;
  3. Familiar with the assessment and calculations of building services design;
  4. Competent in the coordination of the over-all requirements of the building services;
  5. Must possess a working knowledge in the UBC, NFPA, ASHRAE guides, SMACNA, UPC and local Phil codes;
  6. Must be fluent in written and oral communications to represent the company in design coordinating exercises with architects and other engineering trades;
  7. Able to work with minimum supervision;
  8. Must be a team player;
  9. Should possess a strong work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Guide the junior engineers in the design and calculations, in accordance with accepted standards;
  2. Coordinates with the architects and other engineering trades for the over-all requirements of the building services design;
  3. Represent the company in external meetings with clients, contractors and/or vendors;
  4. Reviews vendor documents, supplier submittals, contractor's shop drawings;
  5. Capable of writing reports, feasibility studies, options analysis and present these in front of the client;
  6. Provide a weekly progress report and monthly look-ahead schedule of activities;
  7. Able to provide an estimated cost of the MEPF design, in term of man hours for the design.
  8. Support the Manager of the Design Group in monitoring the performance of the team and provide processes to improve turn-around time of the design process.

Job Summary:
The Junior Fire Protection Engineer shall be able to perform the Fire Protection design of the project. He should also be able to communicate effectively the design intent and functional requirements of the design to the architect and other engineering trades.
Qualifications: 

  1. Registered mechanical engineer with at least 3 year-experience in the engineering consultancy design of Fire Protection systems to include non-water based fire suppression systems;
  2. A working knowledge in the design of HVAC systems is preferred;
  3. Competent in the coordination of the over-all requirements of the building services;
  4. Must possess a working knowledge in the UBC, NFPA, ASHRAE guides, SMACNA, UPC and local Phil codes;
  5. Must be able to perform calculations in Firenet;
  6. Can work using MS Excel and Word;
  7. Must possess a working knowledge in the design and operation of other building services – plumbing;
  8. Must be fluent in written and oral communications;
  9. Able to work with minimum supervision;
  10. Capable of drafting in AutoCad.
  11. Should possess a strong work ethic.

  2. Competent in the coordination of the over-all requirements of the building services;
  3. Must possess a working knowledge in the UBC, NFPA, ASHRAE guides, SMACNA, UPC and local Phil codes;
  4. Must be able to perform calculations in Carrier HAP;
  5. Can work using MS Excel and Word;

Job Summary: The Senior Facade Design Engineer is responsible for Facade consultancy inpt to a wide range of clients and projects
and pro-actively contributes to the growth of Facade Design and Engineering Capabilities.S/he is Responsible for managing
resources, technical quality and project durability.
Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Provide Facade engineer design and built-ability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation
    techniques;

  2. Provide detailed engineering computations and analysis as required for report submissions.
  3. Coordinate with the client consultants such as architect, structural, ESD and acoustic engineers to determine
    best facade design outcomes.
  4. Project lead internally with respective team colleagues to allow deliverables to be issued to client;
  5. Provide design sketches and reports are required for schematic, design and development and construction
    Phases of projects
  6. Act as project leader on assigned projects and manage projects, site meetings, design workshops, and site inspection as required
    and/or as project planning stipulates
  7. As Team/Project leader, oversee the work of sub consultants/Contractors and review outputs produced by them
  8. As Project Leader, monitor and report on team performance againts agreed timelines and fees/budgets;
  9. Assist with preparation and coordination of expressions of interests, tender submissions and similar consulting proposals
  10. Provide high quality client service delivery in relation to outputs produced for both internal and external
    clients in accordance with the inhabits quality techinical standards;
  11. Liaise with other staff, project teams, assiciated consultants and clients and assist in building
    maintaining relationships with all of these

Job Summary: The Design Manager shall be able to provide design and CAD support in various roads/highways, airports
and other residential and commercial projects. Has over threee years of professional experience and proficient in
conceptual and technical engineering drawings and drafting.
Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge in Autodesk AutoCAD
  2. Knowledge in Autodesk Civil 3D
  3. Must closely monitor Quality Control
  4. Must have a coordination to Project Management (Client Representative)

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  1. Carry out Civil and Structural related detailed design drawings, analysis and calculations are required.
  2. Review design submissions to ensure they comply with design codes and contractual requirements.
  3. Support construction site on resolving design and technical problems.
  4. Coordinates with consultants, other disciplines and trades, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
  5. Undertake detailed structural steel design, reinforced concrete design as well as design miscellaneous civil infrestracture.
  6. Responsible for the preparation of structural data, working drawings and monitoring of project cost estimates.
  7. Provide value engineered analysis and design as required.
